Spatial Synaptic Microstructure Analysis

Developed CNN and ResNet-based models with CBAM attention and Focal Loss to classify synaptic regions near α-synuclein aggregates. Used Grad-CAM for model interpretability, making results explainable to a non-technical research audience.
